Digital Assets held through the Services are not covered by any deposit insurance, investor compensation, or client money protection scheme.
4. DIGITAL ASSET AND MARKET RISK
Digital assets are volatile and involve a significant risk of loss, including the possible loss of all value. Past performance of any Digital Asset is not indicative of future results. A fuller description of the risks associated with Digital Assets is set out in Clause 17 of our Terms of Service, which Users should read before using the Services.

The Site and our materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, consistent with Clause 22 of our Terms of Service. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information published on the Site.
